Affordable Care Program

We are glad you are here.

The Affordable Care Program provides reduced-fee therapy for individuals who need affordable mental health care but may not qualify for our Open Door Sessions. This program is designed to make therapy more accessible while maintaining the same high-quality, compassionate care provided throughout our practice.

Sessions start at $30, with fees determined based on your individual circumstances and clinician availability.

The Community Care Program may be a good fit if you:

  • Are able to contribute toward the cost of therapy but need a reduced fee.

  • Do not meet the financial hardship criteria for Open Door Sessions.

  • Are uninsured, underinsured, or have out-of-pocket costs that make therapy difficult to afford.

  • Are looking for a sustainable, low-cost option for ongoing therapy.

Regardless of whether you receive services through the Open Door Sessions or the Community Care Program, every client receives the same compassionate, evidence-based care. These programs simply offer different pathways to make therapy more accessible based on individual needs and financial circumstances.

Looking for Free Therapy?

If you are experiencing significant financial hardship and would be unable to access therapy without financial assistance, you may qualify for our Open Door Sessions, a limited pro bono therapy program.

Open Door Sessions are intended for individuals facing circumstances such as:

  • Difficulty paying for basic living expenses (housing, utilities, food, or transportation).

  • Delaying or going without healthcare, medication, or therapy because of cost.

  • Being unable to receive therapy if free services were not available.

  • Financial hardship related to unemployment, reduced income, unexpected medical expenses, caregiving responsibilities, or another significant life event.

If this describes your current situation, we encourage you to complete the Open Door Sessions application to determine your eligibility.
