Expanding Access to Care at Deeply Rooted Mental Health Counseling

At Deeply Rooted Mental Health Counseling, our goal has always been to provide a thoughtful and supportive space for individuals and couples navigating life’s challenges, transitions, and personal growth. As our practice continues to grow, I am pleased to share an update that will allow us to expand access to care.

Beginning March 23, our practice will be welcoming a graduate intern to the Deeply Rooted team.

Graduate interns are clinicians who are completing the final stages of their graduate training in counseling and gaining clinical experience under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional. The intern will work closely with me through regular supervision and consultation to support the care provided to clients.

With this expansion, we will also be able to offer additional appointment availability and a reduced self pay option for individuals seeking therapy.

Sessions with the graduate intern will be available on a sliding scale beginning at $60 per session.

Deeply Rooted Mental Health Counseling provides telehealth therapy for clients throughout New York State, including the boroughs of New York City.
