There is no manual for this.

Parenting a neurodiverse child brings love, joy, and depth, but it can also bring fear, burnout, guilt, and emotional overload.

You are not a bad parent. You are an overwhelmed parent who needs support and understanding..

What Sessions Are Like

I help parents shift from reacting to responding by building a regulated foundation within your own nervous system. When you feel steadier, the entire home feels steadier.

Together we explore:

  • your triggers and emotional responses

  • how your child’s behaviors impact you

  • how to create calm without forcing compliance

  • how to hold boundaries without shame

  • how to take care of yourself while supporting your child

This is a space for you to breathe, to be honest, and to feel supported as a parent and as a person.

Self Pay Rate: $200

Sessions Available Virtually Only
